Ideal Factorization in Dedekind Domains
The goal of this thesis is to prove that in a Dedekind domain, every nonzero proper ideal is a product of prime ideals in which the factorization is unique up to reordering.
Målet med denne oppgaven er å bevise at i et dedekindområde er hvert ikke-null ekte ideal et produkt av primidealer hvor faktoriseringen er unik.
