This project focuses on creating a user-friendly website designed to help newly arrived immigrants in Norway navigate important digital services. The goal is to reduce confusion and improve digital inclusion by offering clear, step-by-step guides on how to access essential services such as getting a BankID and understanding their rights. The website was developed and tested with users to make sure it is simple, accessible, and useful. Feedback from immigrants was used to improve the design and ensure the content meets their real needs.
