Abstract

Dette notatet gir en oversikt over internasjonal sampublisering og innslaget av utenlandske forskere i norsk forskning de siste ti årene. Oversikten baserer seg på bibliometriske data i Web of Science (WoS) og på statsborgerskapsdata koblet med data fra forskerpersonalregistrene. Vi fokuserer på Norges 15 viktigste samarbeidsland samt de såkalte «panoramalandene» og Iran. Bakteppet er den økte geopolitiske spenningen, som har aktualisert behovet for varsomhet med hensyn til samarbeid med ikke-allierte land og innenfor sikkerhetssensitive fag- og teknologiområder. Notatet belyser norske samarbeidsrelasjoner på slike områder i en internasjonal kontekst.
