Abstract

I denne rapporten presenteres funn fra et forskningsprosjekt om profesjonsetikk og skoleledelse på oppdrag fra Utdanningsforbundet. Det er OsloMet - storbyuniversitetet ved Fakultet for lærerutdanning og internasjonale studier som i samarbeid med Senter for profesjonsforskning som står ansvarlig for rapporten. Prosjektet startet i desember 2023 og ble avsluttet i desember 2024. Kristin Helstad har vært prosjektleder, og prosjektgruppen har bestått av Norhild Joleik, Kathrine Reine og Andreas Eriksen med Sølvi Mausethagen, Jorunn Møller og Edmund Henden i referansegruppen. Underveis i arbeidet har gruppen hatt møter med oppdragsgiver som har kommet med innspill. Vi vil takke alle som har bidratt til arbeidet, ikke minst alle rektorene som har tatt seg tid til å være informanter i prosjektet.
