Det psykososiale arbeidsmiljøet til eldre arbeidstakere – stabilitet eller endring?

Abstract

Dette notatet er del av prosjektet "Shades of Grey: Aldersnormer, klasse og kjønn i pensjonsreformenes tid", som dreier seg om hvordan arbeidsgivere og arbeidstakere tilpasser seg og handler under de nye betingelsene i reformen fra 2011. Prosjektet består av tre arbeidspakker, og i notatet presenterer vi funn fra analyser som er gjennomført i arbeidspakke 2. En sentral problemstilling i denne delen av prosjektet er seniorenes opplevelser av det psykososiale miljøet på arbeidsplassen og i hvilken grad disse har endret seg over tid. Datagrunnlaget for analysene er hentet fra Den norske studien av livsløp, aldring og generasjon (NorLAG). Greyshades-prosjektet er et samarbeid mellom Institutt for samfunnsforskning (ISF) og Velferdsforskningsinstituttet NOVA ved OsloMet – storbyuniversitetet. Prosjektet er finansiert av Norges forskningsråd (prosjektnummer 301296).
