Inkludering i et lekefelleskap

Abstract

Bacheloroppgavens problemstilling er: Hvordan tilrettelegger barnehagelærer for å fremme et inkluderende lekefellskap, i den eldste barnegruppen? Vi har brukt kvalitativ intervju som forskningsmetode, da vi ønsket å få et perspektiv på hvordan barnehagelærere rundt i ulike barnehager jobber med inkludering i lek. Sentrale begreper i denne oppgaven er inkludering, lekefellesskap, fellesskap og relasjoner. Vi har intervjuet tre pedagogiske ledere fra en stor avdeling, der vi har samlet inn datamateriale om et inkluderende lekefelleskap i barnehagen. Gjennom studiet vårt reflekterer vi over viktigheten av inkludering i lek, og hvilke utfordringer man kan støte på. Inkludering er et viktig tema å ha kunnskap om dersom alle skal ha det bra. Derfor er det viktig at barnehagelærerne har kunnskap om inkludering, slik at de klarer å ta de rette beslutningene ut ifra barnets beste.
