Samskaping i kommunalt folkehelsearbeid

Abstract

En kvalitativ studie av erfaringer med samskapingsarbeid i kommunalt folkehelsearbeid. Studien er basert på personlige intervjuer og relevante dokumenter. Funnene viser at ildsjeler, tid og tillit har betydning for resultatene, og at det kan oppstå rollekonflikter mellom rollen som "samskaper" og rollen som "kommunalt ansatt".
