Abstract

Denne rapporten tar for seg nyere utviklingstrekk og generelle kjennetegn ved praktisering av delt bosted i 2020, altså at foreldrene deler den daglige omsorgen for felles barn etter samlivsbrudd. Rapporten tar utgangspunkt i Undersøkelsen om samvær og bosted 2020, den siste av i alt fire spørreundersøkelser om denne tematikken som hittil er samlet inn av Statistisk sentralbyrå på oppdrag for Barne- og familiedepartementet. De tidligere undersøkelsene, hvorav den siste ble samlet inn i 2012, viste at det har vært en kraftig økning i delt bosted for barn etter samlivsbrudd siden begynnelsen av 2000-tallet. Hvor vanlig er delt bosted for barn etter samlivsbrudd i 2020, og er det fortsatt sosioøkonomiske og demografiske forskjeller i bostedsordninger for barn etter foreldrebrudd? Hvor lenge er foreldrene sammen med barna av gangen, er de fornøyde med bostedsordningen, og har barna vært med å bestemme hvem de skal bo hos? Arbeidet med denne rapporten ble finansiert av Barne- og familiedepartementet.
