Sosialarbeideren i sosialt arbeid

Abstract

Tema for denne bacheloroppgaven er organisasjoners og lederes påvirkning og betydning for arbeidssituasjonen og arbeidsutøvelsen til sosialarbeidere. Problemstilling for oppgaven er følgende: Hvordan påvirker en organisasjons rammer arbeidsutøvelsen til en sosialarbeider, og hvordan påvirker sosialarbeiderens arbeidssituasjon hens rolle som hjelper? Gjennom en litteraturstudie, som er en kvalitativ metode har jeg funnet relevante forskningsartikler som peker på ulike aspekter rundt dette. Forskning viser at det er en sammenheng mellom ledelse, arbeidsmiljø og sykefravær. Men også at det er et stort spenn mellom teori og praksis, som gjør at både sosialarbeidere og ledere har utfordringer med å tydeliggjøre, beskrive og benytte seg av kompetansen sosialarbeidere har. Dette påvirker også dynamikken i tverrfaglig samarbeid mellom profesjoner og ikke minst påvirker det muligheten for god og helhetlig hjelp til brukerne.
