Abstract

Dette er en masteravhandling som er en del av studiet Master i yrkesdidaktikk ved NTNU, og bygger på en studie ved et fengsel i Norge. Det er flere etater som jobber med og tett på de innsatte og et felles alle etatene er å gjøre fengselsoppholdet til de innsatte så likt samfunnet på utsiden som mulig, herav normalitetsprinsippet. Problemstillingen som danner utgangspunktet for studien, er følgende: Hvordan kan ett strukturert samarbeid mellom skolen, kriminalomsorgen, helse og NAV styrke de innsattes muligheter etter endt soning? Oppgavens teoretiske forankring bygger på Mary Jo Hatch og hennes organisasjonsteorier. Det ble valgt kvalitativ metode for å besvare materavhandlingens problemstilling, med intervjuer. Funn i studien sier at etatene som jobber med og tett på de innsatte ønsker et enda tettere og mer strukturert samarbeid for å øke kvaliteten i tilbudet til de innsatte.
