intern kommunikasjon under covid-19

Abstract

Fagfeltet for studien vår er kommunikasjon med fordypning innen intern kommunikasjon. Med problemstillingen vår ønsker vi å finne svar på: Hvordan oppfatter ledere og ansatte at den interne kommunikasjonen har blitt håndtert under covid-19 pandemien? Vi ville forske på denne problemstillingen for å finne svar og bidra med forskning som kan være til hjelp på den interne kommunikasjonen i eventuelle fremtidige pandemier eller krisesituasjoner. Vi synes intern kommunikasjon er et spennende og viktig tema. Vi valgte å bruke en systematisk litteraturstudie som forskningsmetode for oppgaven. Vi har gått gjennom et grundig søk i Oria og noen søk i andre databaser valgte oss ut 10 artikler som utgjør forskingsmaterialet for denne studien. Vi har gjennomgått hver artikkel nøye og resultatet fra forskningsartiklene våre ble sammenlignet med den relevante teorien for å finne svar på vår problemstilling. Det har kommet fram i resultatene at åpen kommunikasjon og deling av vesentlig informasjon mellom ledere og ansatte har hatt en påvirkning på organisasjons intern kommunikasjon under covid-19. Det har kommet fram også at ansatte trengte å bli sett, hørt og har hatt en behov for støtte. Under covid-19 var det mye bruk av digital verktøy og kommunikasjonen ble endret både ledere og ansatte foretrukket å ha kort møter. Resultatene viser at transformasjon og mangfolds orientert ledelse hadde en positiv effektiv på ansattes jobbengasjement.
