De fem kommunene som har deltatt i prosjektet (Kristiansand, Arendal, Songdalen, Grimstad og Lindesnes) har alle erfaring med brukermedvirkning på systemnivå, men denne brukermedvirkningen har vært organisert på forskjellig vis. Det har derfor vært gjennomført en kartlegging for å utvikle kunnskap om, og finne nye måter å øke, brukermedvirkning på systemnivå i kommunene. Denne rapporten er ment som et kort sammendrag av aktivitetene i prosjektet.
