Abstract

Denne rapporten er den første i prosjektet Gjennomgang av spesialundervisning som inngår i evalueringen av Kunnskapsløftet. Prosjektet gjennomføres som et samarbeidsprosjekt mellom Høgskolen i Hedmark og NIFU STEP. Prosjektet skal studere spesialundervisning både i grunnskolen og i videregående opplæring.
