Vernepleierens rolle i tverrprofesjonelt samarbeid

Abstract

Tverrprofesjonelt samarbeid er en viktig del av vernepleierfaglig kompetanse. En vernepleier har både helse- og sosialfaglig kompetanse, som gir ulike perspektiver i møte med bistandsyting, som er gode egenskaper innen tverrprofesjonalitet. Hensikten med studien er å se hvordan tverrprofesjonelt samarbeid kan bidra til bedre helsehjelp. Metoden er litteraturstudie, og problemstillingen belyses av fem utvalgte artikler samt relevant teori. Fra de fem valgte artiklene gav resultatene tre hovedtema. De er, «samhandling og samarbeid mellom profesjoner», «ledelsens bidrag» og «bedre helsehjelp». Gjennom oppgaven ser en viktighet ved tverrprofesjonelt samarbeid for å gi tilrettelagt og god helsehjelp. Nøkkelord: tverrprofesjonelt samarbeid, bedre helsehjelp, vernepleierfaglig kompetanse
