En litteraturstudie som omhandler faktorer som bør være til stede ved gjennomførelsen av samtaler med barn der den barnevernsfaglige benytter Barnesamtalen som metode, og viktigheten av barns deltakelse og mulighet til å samarbeide i profesjonelle samtaler. Oppgaven drøfter i hvilken grad samtalen avhenger av den barnevernsfagliges syn på barn og evne til å bygge trygge relasjoner med barnet.
A literary review about different factors that should be taken into account when having professional conversations with children, and the importance of childrens participation and possibility to cooperate in professional conversations. The study discuss in which extent the conversation depends on the socialworkers view on children and their ability to build safe relations with the child.
