Abstract

I det følgende vil erfaringer med etablering av nye samarbeidsformer mellom næringsliv, forskning og offentlige aktører være fokus. Konteksten er regional, hvor region i denne sammenheng er to fylker, henholdsvis Hordaland og Rogaland. Samarbeidsformene er initiert gjennom to forskningsprogram i Norges forskningsråd. Det gjelder Bedriftsutvikling 2000 (BU2000) og Verdiskaping 2010 (VS2010). Begge programmene danner en viktig bakgrunn. I denne sammenheng er det særlig erfaringene fra det siste, VS2010, som vil stå sentralt.
