Nettoflytting og arbeidsmarked i fylkene: En foreløpig analyse av sammenhengen

Abstract

Arbeidet som legges fram her er utført som et delprosjekt under prosjektet Demografisk Regional-Økonomisk Modellsystem (DRØM). Rapporten inneholder en foreløpig analyse av sammenhengen mellom arbeidsmarkedstramhet og nettoflytterater i fylkene. Regresjonsberegningene viser at stramheten på arbeidsmarkedet påvirker fylkenes flyttebalanse, men de estimerte koeffisientene er usikre, bl.a. på grunn av de maleproblemene som knytter seg til arbeidsmarkedsindikatorene. Rapporten konkluderer dessuten med at andre påvirkningsfaktorer enn arbeidsmarkedstramheten bør trekkes inn når analysene av delmodellen for nettoflytting videreføres.
