Ikke den, ikke den, men den ja!

Abstract

Gjennom prosjektet har jeg ønsket å undersøke hvordan inkludering av funksjonsnedsatte mennesker oppleves av rekrutterende ansvarlige i frivillige verv. Tidligere norsk forskning på feltet forekommer i liten grad, og derfor ville jeg belyse tematikken. Institusjonell etnografi (Smith, 2005), Goffmans stigmateori, og rolleteori (Johannessen, Rafoss & Rasmussen, 2019) la det teoretiske grunnlaget, og knyttes opp spørsmålene i oppgaven. Fire kvalitative dybdeintervjuer utgjorde det empiriske datamaterialet, der hensikten var å forstå informantenes erfaringer og holdninger. Ved bruk av teori har jeg tolket de empiriske funnene for å forstå opplevelsen av inkludering av en marginalisert gruppe mennesker. Prosjektet viser at erfaringene påvirker opplevelsen av inkludering. Mer erfaring tilsvarer mer tilretteleggelsesevne. Like muligheter opprettholder ulikhet i deltakelse for funksjonsnedsatte.
