Inkludering på alvor? Delrapport 1 fra evalueringen av modellutprøvingen inkludering på alvor

Abstract

I denne delrapporten diskuteres det hvordan et begrep som inkludering i skolen kan forstås, og hva slags arbeid det kreves i skolen for å få til inkludering – på alvor. De ulike deltakernes prosjekter diskuteres og belyses ut fra ulike organisasjonsteoretiske perspektiver, og det pekes på utfordringer og uklarheter i kommunikasjon, begrepsavklaring og rolleforståelse i starten av prosjektperioden. Samtidig rapporterer ledere og ansvarlige for alle prosjektene at de har jobbet med disse utfordringene, og kommet langt på vei i å utvikle inkluderingsarbeidet i sine skoler. Sluttrapporten skal foreligge våren 2020. Her skal NTNU Samfunnsforskning se nærmere på om prosjektene har gitt de ønskede endringene for lærere, fo​reldre og elever ute i skolene.
