Gir for trålvinsj

Abstract

I denne bacheloroppgåva har det vorte konstruert eit separat gir for ei trålvinsj, der kostnadar, levetid og servicevennlegheit har stått i fokus. Med utgangspunkt i eksisterande løysing frå Evotec, har det vorte utvikla ei ny løysing som har høgare levetid, utgangsfart og belastningsspekter. I tillegg er vekta, totalutvekslinga, størrelsen og prisen redusert. Det er kome fram til aktuelle tekniske løysingar, herunder design, styrkeberekning, drift og vedlikehald, samt eit produksjonsgrunnlag og eit prisestimat. Giret har vorte dimensjonert for 25 års levetid med 12 timar drift dagleg. Maksimal belastninga er på 80 tonn, med sikkerheitsfaktorar, og det utgåande turtalet ved hiving er 40 rpm. Girkassa og planetgiret kan brukast som ei «universal» girkasse, der planetgiret vert brukt for alle typar vinsjar, og der dei sylindriske stega, samt motorane kan endrast etter behov. På større vinsjar kan girkassa også monterast på begge sider. Med dette utgangspunktet kan girkassa dekke eit belastningsspekter på 35 til 80 tonn, forskjellige vinsje størrelsar, samt nyttast i fleire typar næringar.
