Føremålet med denne bachelor oppgåva er å sjå nærare på korleis ungdomsskulelærarar arbeider for å motivere elevar som viser låg motivasjon. Ved bruk av den kvalitative metoden intervju er data samla inn og analysert for å ta føre seg temaet. Utgangspunktet for oppgåva var nysgjerrighet og erfaringar knytt til elevar opplevde som utfordrande å motivere. Følgjande problemstilling blei formulert: Korleis arbeider ungdomsskulelærarar for å motivere elevar som viser låg motivasjon?
