English: In this bachelor thesis my main focus has been social competence and the importance of adult influence to include children with challenging behaviour towards well functioning children. My main approach is: How can the staff use social competance and skills to include children with challenging behaviour on daily basis? My main approach is a quantitative method, by use of interviews to collect data. From the analysis of the interviews I have summoned up a theory about children with challenging behaviour, the importeness of the adults, social competance and including to try to find answers on my thesis
Norsk: I denne oppgaven har jeg hatt fokus på sosial kompetanse og hvilken rolle de voksne har for å inkludere de utagerende barna i barnegruppen. Min problemstilling er: Hvordan kan barnehagepersonalet benytte seg av sosial kompetanse for å inkludere de utagerende barna i barnegruppen? Jeg har benyttet meg av en kvalitativ forskningsmetode samt intervjuer for å samle inn data. Jeg har lagt fram teori om de utagerende barna, voksenrollen, sosial kompetanse, sosiale ferdigheter og inkludering for å finne svar på min problemstilling.
