Abstract

Problemstilling: Hvordan har sosial ulikhet innvirkning på langtidssykefravær som er skapt av arbeidsmiljø? Teori: Det blir først presentert teorier rundt begrepene helse og livsstil. Videre blir teorier rundt salutogense og helsedeterminanter beskrevet. Tilslutt kommer informasjon og risikofaktorer i forhold til arbeidsplassen og sosial ulikhet. Metode: Litteraturstudie. Resultat: Studiene viser at det er flere faktorer på arbeidsplassen som har en innvirkning på helsen og dermed langtidssykefraværet. Videre ser man en sammenheng med hvilke deler av befolkningen som er mest utsatt for påkjenninger. Konklusjon: Resultatene fra forskningsartiklene at fysiske og psykiske påvirkningsfaktorer på arbeidsplassen har sammenheng med sykefravær. I sykefraværsdataene kommer det frem en del sosiale ulikheter i sykefraværet. Dermed kan man dra paralleller mellom sosial ulikhet og påvirkningsfaktorene, der utdanning kommer tydeligst frem.
