Klasseledelse i utvikling

Klasseledelse i utvikling

Abstract

English: How does teachers experience their own classroom management skills in use of ICT when teaching compared to teaching without the use of ICT? Today´s society is constantly evolving, also when it comes to use of technology in the classroom. Teachers must constantly develop their knowledge and competence, and the new ways of using technology can have consequences for how they teach and how they practice classroom management. The authoritative leader is defined as good at managing the classroom, one who has control while developing a good and supportive relationship with each student. Through a qualitative research method, I have tried to figure out how teachers experience their own classroom management. My main findings show that there is some agreement on how the teachers experience the use of iPad, and how they see themselves as leaders in their classrooms.
