Tilpasset opplæring i matematikk.

Tilpasset opplæring i matematikk.

Abstract

English: This thesis is a qualitative study about adaptive education in the ordinary teaching of mathematics class. My research problem for this thesis is how ordinary teaching can be adapted to students so that they can reach the competence aims for measurement. The thesis “examines” how teachers introduce, conducting and summarize four teaching hours, and how students respond to this. The research problem illuminated through systematic nonparticipatory observations. The main finding in this thesis is that there is a big variation in teaching, but there is also too little response from the students. Therefor it becomes difficult to say whether the observed, is adaptive training or not. The observations are discussed and linked to relevant theory.
