Abstract

Notatet gjennomgår og drøfter ulike modeller for tilpasset fagopplæring rettet mot voksne innvandrere uten fast tilknytning til arbeidsmarkedet. Oppdragsgiver har vært Arbeids- og velferdsetaten, og oppdraget er uformet som ledd i å opparbeide et kunnskapsgrunnlag for Program for økt sysselsetting, kvalifisering og bedre levekår i Groruddalen.
