Abstract

I denne rapporten er det gitt en vurdering av utslippsreduksjonene av ulike tiltak i jordbruket fram til 2050: Omlegging av kostholdet fra rødt til hvitt kjøtt, stans i nydyrking av myr, mindre matsvinn, produksjon av biogass av husdyrgjødsel og restavlinger, omlegging i kostholdet fra kjøtt til vegetabilsk mat. Omlegging fra kjøtt til vegetabilsk mat er det tiltaket som gir størst utslippsreduksjon, ca 12 prosent i forhold til referansebanen i 2050 fulgt av omlegging fra rødt til hvitt kjøtt. Stans i nydyrking av myr og mindre matsvinn er de tiltaket som gir lavest reduksjon i forhold til referansebanen.
