Mikroprosesser i online samskaping - Et kvalitativt studie

Abstract

Til tross for omfattende forskning på samskapingsfeltet, ser vi hull i forskningen som omhandler forståelsen av fenomenet på et dypere nivå. Problemstillingen i denne oppgaven lyder som følger: Hvordan kan vi forstå online samskaping gjennom å analysere mikroprosesser i “ideation”-stadiet? Vi gjennomførte et instrumentelt casestudie med 15 forbrukere og 7 salgmedarbeidere i et online forum for merkevaren Moods of Norway. Forumperioden varte i tolv dager, der deltakerne fikk i oppgave å diskutere og interagere med hverandre, med hensikt om å samskape Moods of Norways fremtid. I etterkant av forumperioden kombinerte vi to rammeverk for å identifisere kommunikasjonsmønstre og analysere konseptgenerering, gjennom henholdsvis interaksjonsanalyse hentet fra sosialkonstruktivistisk læringsteori, og konseptgenereringsmekanismer fra designteorien. Samskapingen genererte totalt 14 konsepter, der fire av dem kunne karakteriseres som svært innovative. Ved å analysere mikroprosesser i ”ideation”-stadiet av online samskaping, fikk vi dypere forståelse av prosessen – både tilknyttet diskusjon og deltakelse, samt kreativitet.
