Hvilke holdninger har kommunalt ansatte ledere til eldre arbeidstakere, og hvordan opplever eldre arbeidstakere ledernes holdninger?

Abstract

Hensikten med denne Masteroppgaven var å undersøke om hvilke holdninger mellomledere kommunal sektor har til sine eldre arbeidstakere og hvordan de ansatte over 55 år opplever disse holdningene. En grundig gjennomgang av litteratur på området og spørreskjemaer til de to nevnte gruppene har dannet grunnlaget for å svare på den valgte problemstillingen. Det gjennomgås teori rundt forskningsspørsmålet, en metodepresentasjon, resultat med tilhørende diskusjon og avslutningsvis en konklusjon. Standardiserte spørsmål ble benyttet (hentet fra Norsk Seniorpolitisk barometer) i begge spørreundersøkelsene og hadde for hensikt å gi korrelerende svar.
