Pozzolaner i høyfast betong

Abstract

Fastheten styres av temperatur og egenskapene i bindemiddelet. Ved å kombinere sement og pozzolaner er det mulig å få en relativ lav varmeutvikling i betongen. Det er gjennomført totalt syv betongblandinger med bindemiddelforhold på 0.3 og forskjellige mengder flyveaske og mikrosilika. For hver serie har trykkfasthet-, strekkfasthet- og emodulutviklingen blitt målt i laboratoriet. Resultatene har deretter blitt brukt i en beregningsdel, som er et regneark som simulerer temperatur og fasthetsutviklingen i en konstruksjon. Litteraturdelen dekker den nødvendige teorien som ligger bak prøving, beregningene og utviklingen i betongen. Det viser seg at pozzolaner kan brukes med gode resultater i høyfast betong for å oppnå ønskede egenskaper som tregere temperaturøkning og en lavere maksimumstemperatur.
