Abstract

Det planlegges ny jernbanetrasé mellom Sandvika og Hønefoss. Det foreligger flere alternative delstrekninger. Rapporten angir influensområdet og potenssielt påvirkede vannforekomster langs disse traséene. Dagens situasjon angående vern, brukerinteresser, biologisk mangfold, begroing, høyere vannvegetasjon inkludert kantvegetasjon, bunndyr og fisk er vurdert utfra tilgjengelig opplysninger. Forurensningspåvirkninger fra anlegg og driftsfasen er vurdert. Den største påvirkningen av vannforekomstene skjer i anleggsfasen med avrenning fra tunneldrift, massedeponier og annen anleggsvirksomhet. Under driftsfasen er bruk av ugrasmidler den mest utpregede forurensningen. Konsekvensene er vurdert som en kombinasjon mellom verdifastsettelse (etter 4-delt skala) og sårbarhet (etter 3-delt skala). Tiltak er beskrevet. Riktig utformede tiltak kan i betydelig grad redusere forurensningsbelastningen til de utsatte vannforekomstene.
