Fuzzy kontroll i vannbehandling - Pilotforsøk

Abstract

Erfaringer fra vannrenseanlegg med manuell styring av driftsparametre viser at det ofte oppstår problemer med driftsstabiliteten når råvannskvaliteten endres. Fuzzy logikk er en reguleringsmetode som kan håndtere slike problemstillinger effektivt og nøyaktig. Prinsippet er i grove trekk basert på at kompliserte prosesskontroll problemer deles inn i flere enklere problemstillinger som så løses parallelt. så løses parallelt. Et pilotanlegg med direktefiltrering samt en styringsenhet med fuzzy logikk er konstruert og testet i pilotforsøk. Funksjonaliteten av konseptet ble dokumentert i pilotskala. Et sterkt varierende råvann med fargetall opptil 225 mg-Pt/l og turbiditet opptil 16 NTU ble renset tilfredstillende (<7 mg-Pt/l og <0,1 NTU) og stabilt. Et beslutningsstøtteprogram kan utvikles ved bruk av samme fuzzy regelsett som benyttes for å styre doseringene. Muligheten for dette er demonstrert ved et enkelt program laget i MatLab. laget i MatLab. Det foreslåtte prosesskontrollsystemet er basert på fuzzy logikk, og skal bidra til å optimalisere driften av vannbehandlingsanlegg. Systemet skal hovedsakelig håndtere delprosesser som koagulering og filtering, herunder prosessovervåking, koagulant-dosering, pH-justering, dosering av lut/CO2 eller andre kjemikalier, og drift av filtreringsprosesser. En markedsvurdering av konseptet er gitt, basert på en spørreundersøkelse.
