Abstract

I forbindelse med bygging av metanolfabrikk på Tjeldbergodden, Aure kommune i Møre og Romsdal, er det utført grunnlagsundersøkelser med tanke på forurensning av ferskvann via utslipp av forurensede stoffer til luft. Det er valgt ut 36 innsjølokaliteter for overvåking. 3 av disse (derav èn referanselokalitet utenfor forventet påvirkningsområde) følges med vannkjemiske analyser hver 14. dag. 33 andre innsjøer prøvetas mhp. vannkjemiske analyser èn gang hver høst. Dette programmet ble startet opp mai-juni 1993, og 33 innsjøer ble prøvetatt i 1993. opp mai-juni 1993, og 33 innsjøer ble prøvetatt i 1993. Hovedlokalitetene ble også invertert mhp. vannbiologi. Her inngikk prøvefiske samt prøvetaking av bunndyr, dyreplankton og planteplankton. I referanselokaliteten måtte inventeringene utsettes til 1994 pga. tidlig islegging. islegging. I rapporten presenteres resultatene fra 1993. For alle innsjøer er tålegrenser for forsurende stoffer beregnet og diskutert. Videre bearbeidelse av resultatene avventer oppdatering av disposisjonsdata for svovel i de aktuelle områdene. Det er påvist en rekke forsuringsfølsomme organismer i hovedlokalitetene.
