Abstract

Rapporten gir en oversikt over forurensningen av toalettavløp, søppel og olje fra småbåter og skip i Mjøsa. Det er lite forurensning av søppel og olje. Totalt antas at 400 småbåter tilfører Mjøsa toalettavløp. Det antas å innebære utslipp av 2,6 kg fosfor, 40 kg organisk stoff (TOC) og 22 kg nitrogen årlig. Uten tiltak antas forurensningsutslippet å øke til 5,2 kg i år 2000. Tiltak i form av påbud om tett oppsamlingstank for toalettavløp i båter og utbygging av mottakeranlegg i båthavner kan være fullt effektive etter 6 år og kan gi et redusert utslipp i år 2000 på 4,7 kg fosfor. Skibladner, som er eneste større båt på Mjøsa, slipper ut 4,2 kg fosfor, 62,4 kg organisk stoff (TOC) og 25 kg nitrogen. Tett tank for avløp og et mottakersystem på land vil stoppe utslippene av avløp. I 1986 ble det solgt ca 2000 liter bunnstoffer i Mjøsa- regionen som vil tilføre Mjøsa ca 350 kg kobberforbindelser og ca. 425 kg tinnorganiske forbindelser.
