Tiltaksanalyse for Indre Oslofjord. Forurensning fra fritidsbåter og skip

Abstract

Rapporten gir en oversikt over forurensninger av toalettavløp, søppel og olje fra fritidsbåter og skip i Indre Oslofjord. Det er lite forurensning av søppel og olje. Totalt antas 86.000 fritidsbåter, hvorav 50.000 tilfører fjorden toalettavløp. Dette antas å innebære utslipp av 0,8 tonn fosfor, 12 tonn organisk stoff (TOC) og 6,6 tonn nitrogen årlig. Det foreslås at oppsamlingstank for toalettavløp i båtene påbys og at mottakeranlegg i båthavnene bygges ut. Tiltakene vil være fullt effektive etter 10 år og antas å gi en redusert belastning på 1 tonn fosfor. Skip i Indre Oslofjord slipper 0,1 tonn fosfor, 1,5 tonn organisk stoff (TOC) og 0,6 tonn nitrogen. Tiltak som allerede er planlagt vil redusere utslippene med ca 70 %. Det anbefales at det utarbeides forskrifter for utslipp fra fritidsbåter og skip.
