Etablering av hotell ved Gjersjøen. Konsekvenser for Oppegård vannverk

Abstract

Etablering av Hotell Gjersjøen medfører produksjon av forurensninger innenfor nedbørfeltet til Gjersjøen. Alt spillvann og overvann fra hotellet vil bli pumpet ut av nedbørfeltet, og strenge krav satt for å unngå svikt i pumpesystemet. Gjersjøen er betydelig forurenset, men vil normalt ikke motta forurensninger fra hotelletableringen. Drikkevannsinntaket for Oppegård vannverk ligger langt unna hotellet og benytter vanligvis et noe beskyttet vanninntak på 30 meters dyp. Vannbehandlingen for vannverket er fullrensing, som er svært godt drevet. Etableringen av hotellet vil derfor ikke medføre en uakseptabel risiko for Oppegård vannverk.
