Pilotforsøk med karbonatisering, filtrering og direktefiltrering ved Skullerud vannanlegg

Abstract

Det er foretatt pilotstudier med tilsetting av hydratkalk og kull syre og sandfiltrering av vannet ved Skullerud vannverk. Videre er pilotforsøk med direktefiltrering gjennomført for å redusere farge og humusinnhold. Resultatene viser at humus ikke felles ut ved angitte doseringer og oppholdstider. Hydratkalk-doseringen innebærer betydelige partikkeltilførseler til vannet, som effektivt reduseres gjennom sandfiltrene. Forsøkene med direktefiltrering reduserer farge turbiditet og aluminium til under kvalitetskravene til fullrenset vann. TOC-innholdet reduseres betydelig, men ikke helt ned til kvalitetskravene til fullrenset vann. Det er videre gitt en vurdering av ulike vannbehandlingsalternativ.
