Abstract

Sakkyndig redegjørelse om en ankesak for Gulating Lagmannsrett. Saken gjelder krav om erstatning for påstått ødelagt vannkilde på grunn av forurensning fra en bossgrop. Hele området viste bakteriologisk forurenset grunnvann, og dette kan ikke primært stamme fra bossgropen. Biologisk betinget utløsning av jern fra bergarter i området er den mest sannsynlige årsak til misfargingen av vannet.
