This master thesis develops a concept of a mobile offshore wind turbine. A fully instegrated vertically floating unit with telescopic tower and buit in lifting mechanism. Towing to site, installation and elevation methods discussed along with strength calculation of key components and overall stability. Special foundation installation and grid connection proposed. Possible design of technology key elements illustrated with indication of challenges solutions and further development focus areas.
