Abstract

Norge har flere kvinner, eldre og unge i arbeid enn andre europeiske land. Ni av ti norske arbeidstakere er stort sett fornøyd med jobben sin, selv om en økende andel opplever dårlig forhold mellom ansatte og ledelse. Og over halvparten av de funksjonshemmede er fortsatt utenfor arbeidsstyrken, selv om mange vil jobbe.
