Sysselsetting og tidligpensjonering for eldre arbeidstakere

Abstract

Det er små forskjeller i tidligavgang for personer i bedrifter knyttet til AFP ordningen og bedrifter utenfor denne ordningen før arbeidstakerne når pensjonsalderen i AFP ordningen. Når avgang med AFP pensjon blir mulig, øker tidligavgangen betydelig mer for personer i AFP bedrifter enn i bedrifter uten AFP. Arbeidstakere med høyt sykefravær benytter i større grad tidligavgang enn personer med lavere sykefravær. Høyt utdannede har mindre tilbøyelighet til å tidligpensjonere seg enn personer med lavere utdanning. Ansatte i vareproduserende næringer benytter i større grad AFP enn ansatte i tjenesteytende næringer.

I etterkant av publiseringen ble det funnet feil i datatilretteleggingen som gjaldt identifiseringen av bedrifters tilknytning til AFP ordningen. Dette gjorde at det ble feil i resultatene. Rettelse til artikkelen i: Økonomiske analyser, nr 3 (2005), S. 76.
