Abstract

Artikkelen presenterer en empirisk basert modell for Norge, der kunnskap om økonomisk atferd og utslippsreduserende teknologier kombineres. Vi benytter modellen til å illustrere betydningen av å åpne for teknologivalg i analyser av klimapolitikk. Marginalkostnaden ved tiltak for å redusere nasjonale utslipp mer enn halveres når man tar hensyn til at aktørene innenfor prosessindustri, olje- og gassproduksjon og veitransport har mulighet til å velge mellom flere alternative teknologiske løsninger.
