Abstract

Statoil klarer det. Hjerneforskerne ved NTNU klarer det. FabLab på Høylandet klarer det. Kverner Verdal klarer det. Høgskolen i Nord-Trøndelag klarer det. Haram kommune klarer det. Numerical Rocks klarer det. De klarer å skape, dele og anvende kunnskap lokalt, nasjonalt og internasjonalt, som gir en verdiskaping i bred forstand for innbyggerne. Kunnskapsmedarbeiderne i disse virksomhetene sitter til dels på ulike kontinenter. Utfordringene i nordtrønderske kommuner ligger ikke i strukturen, men i evnen til sammen å anvende nasjonal og global kunnskap på tvers av strukturer og fagdisipliner.
