Abstract

NORSK: Sosiale medier har blitt en del av hverdagen til mange, og brukere deler mye informasjon om seg selv ved å være medlem. De siste årene har bruken av sosiale medier økt kraftig, og mediene har blitt en informasjonskilde og plattform for kommunikasjon, både for bedrifter og privatpersoner. Oppgavens formål er gjennom kartlegging og spørreundersøkelse å kunne avdekke trusler og holdninger til brukere av sosiale medier. Den kvantitative metoden, spørreundersøkelsen, er gjennomført ved Høgskolen i Gjøvik. Oppgavens sluttprodukt er strategi til en holdningskampanje (brukerveiledning, selvtest og modul for e-læring) for brukere av sosiale medier. Konklusjonen for oppgaven er at den største trusselen mot sikker bruk av sosiale medier, er brukerne selv. Brukernes likegyldighet, sammen med store mengder informasjon utgjør høy risiko. Derfor må brukerne bevisstgjøres, og kunnskapen økes for å kunne oppnå sikker bruk.
