Abstract

La Comunicación Estratégica en las organizaciones sociales es un elemento sustancial que contribuye, no solo como instrumento que orienta las acciones, sino como un dispositivo social de construcción participativa de la estrategia corporativa. Esta propuesta tiene como fuentes teóricas básicas la perspectiva sistémica de la organización, la Nueva Teoría Estratégica (NTE) y el pensamiento comunicacional latinoamericano. El análisis de “La imagen corporativa de la Cruz Roja Delegación Puebla” que se presenta, propone una construcción comunicativa y a la vez comunicacional, con técnicas de investigación cualitativas e instrumentos como marcas de racionalidad comunicacional y matrices socioculturales, que permiten reconocer las lógicas de funcionamiento comunicacional de los actores para operar una estrategia organizacional en torno a la imagen corporativa.

Strategic Communication in social organizations is a substantial element that contributes not only as an instrument that guides the actions, but as a social device participatory development of corporate strategy. This proposal is basic theoretical sources systemic perspective of the organization, the New Strategic Theory (NST) and the Latin American communicational thought. Analysis of “The corporate image of the Delegation Puebla Red Cross” presented, proposes a communicative construction and simultaneously communication with qualitative research techniques and instruments as marks of communicational rationality and matrices sociocultural, for recognizing the logical operation communicational actors to operate an organizational strategy around corporate image.
