¿Ciberdemocracia?

Abstract

Sets changes in the political responsibilities of the studied population through the analysis of the relations that are generated in the digital ecosystem. Raises methodology wtih qualitative approach and descriptive-interpretative focus, using methods such as Participatory Action Research (PAR) in its educational variant with digital media (Restrepo, 2000, Valbuena, 2009) and the ciberetnography (Ardevol, Estalella, & Dominguez, 2002). The end result looks like, as well as, give elements for the construction of new knowledge.
