Palmy pod niebo

Abstract

Najwyższe w naszym regionie są lipnickie palmy. Najwyższa dotąd postawiona na lipnickim rynku miała ponad 35 metrów. Kiedy Józef Piotrowski zorganizował w Lipnicy w 1958 roku pierwszy konkurs, wówczas najwyższa palma liczyła 17 metrów. Artykuł nawiązuje do lipnickich konkursów na najwyższą i najpiękniejszą palmę. Konkurs jest organizowany od 1958 roku w każdą Niedzielę palmową.
