Abstract

W niniejszej pracy omówiono zagadnienia gospodarki budżetowej samorządu na przykładzie gminy Chełmiec i gminy Limanowa w oparciu o dostępne materiały oraz dane statystyczne Głównego Urzędu Statystycznego w Krakowie. Celem pracy było przybliżenie struktury budżetów wyżej wymienionych gmin oraz porównanie ich, a także zbadanie i porównanie płynności finansowej gminy Chełmiec i gminy Limanowa na przestrzeni lat 2009 - 2012. W tym celu wykorzystano metodę Wielowymiarowej Analizy Porównawczej (WAP), która pozwala na zbudowanie miary syntetycznej zastępującej opis obiektów za pomocą wielu wskaźników statystycznych
