Praca magisterska prezentuje sposób funkcjonowania podatku VAT w usługach transportu i spedycji wykonywanych nie tylko na terenie Unii Europejskiej, lecz również poza jej granicami, zgodnie z najnowszymi przepisami prawa z 2014 roku. W rozdziale pierwszym przedstawiono definicję podatku oraz jego konstrukcję prawną. Rozdział drugi pokazuje sposób dokumentacji podatku VAT, zasady wystawiania faktur oraz zasady prowadzenia ewidencji podatku VAT. W rozdziale trzecim omówiono sposób opodatkowania usług transportu i spedycji. W rozdziale czwartym zaprezentowano analizę podatku VAT w badanej firmie EKOFROST.
