Abstract

Celem pracy jest syntetyczne ujęcie, analiza i ocena działalności samorządu terytorialnego na przykładzie realizowanych zadań bieżących i inwestycyjnych w gminie Zakliczyn. Przedstawiono genezę i charakterystykę samorządu terytorialnego oraz gminy jako jej jednostki, a także zakres działalności gminy i sposoby jej finansowania. Zaprezentowano gminę Zakliczyn oraz zagadnienia dotyczące budżetu gminy. Dokonano analizy części dochodowej budżetu gminy Zakliczyn w latach 1999-2002.
